For residential rent arrears over the sum of £600;

If you have a CCJ

If you have a CCJ for rent arrears over £600.00 including costs, forward it to our Transfer Up Department (Link to address) who will transfer it to the High Court for enforcement. A cheque for £50.00 made payable to HMCS (Her Majesty’s Court Service) will be required to cover the court fees, as part of the transferring up process. To transfer up your CCJ simply fill in the application form and we will do the rest!

No CCJ

If you are owed over £600.00 in rent arrears but not do not have a CCJ , you can apply for one at court or online at www.moneyclaim.gov.uk. All you need is a credit card for the £50.00 court fee. Please note this fee is payable to Her Majesty’s Court Service, not Marston Group. You will also need to know the debtor’s full name and address and details of the sum owed to you.
