Process Serving
With over 340+ officers Marston Group can serve documents in any part of England or Wales for a fixed fee. If you require the personal service of civil litigation documents (including Claim Forms, Statutory Demands, charging orders, etc) simply contact our Process Serving Department on 01992 703 700 or Marketing@marstongroup.co.uk for further information.
We can arrange for an officer to attend and serve the documents, and once completed can send through a certificate of service. We also offer sworn Affidavits of Service, or Witness Statements, and always send out a detailed written report.
