Pre-Litigation Reports
If all recovery options have been unsuccessful Marston recommends that their clients obtain a Pre Litigation Report prior to going to legal recovery.
The report will provide you with an accumulative risk assessment which will advise you on whether legal activity should take place, based on the debtors owned assets.
