Marston Group now England and Wales' leading provider of enforcement services

Drakes Group and John Marston & Co have combined under the new name of Marston Group Limited. By joining Drakes, the market leader in enforcement of distress warrants, and John Marston & Co, the market leader in enforcement of high court writs, the newly enlarged Group has become the leading provider of enforcement services throughout England and Wales.

New investment also means that Marston Group can execute its exciting plans to facilitate growth as well as continuing its industry-leading training and technology programmes.

Marston Group Limited’s Head Office is based in Waltham Abbey, with regional offices in Walsall, Manchester, Billingham and Hove.

 

Frank Millerick, 58, Chief Executive

Frank joined Drakes Group in 1989, following 22 years in the Courts Service and ten years as a Justice of the Peace in Kent. In 2002, he led a management buyout of the company, and has since overseen average annual growth of over 30 per cent per annum.

As well as representing Drakes in consultations with central government and other public bodies, Frank has also been a member of the Warrant Execution Liaison Group, and has assisted various Home Counties Magistrates’ Services in Justices’ training. He is a former chairman of the Association of Civil Enforcement Agencies, and became Chief Executive of Marston Group Limited in April 2008.

John Marston OBE, 53, Chairman

John founded John Marston & Co in 1987, and is both a High Court Enforcement Officer and Chairman of the High Court Enforcement Officers’ Association. He has over 25 years experience in the sector, and is a Council of Europe Expert on civil enforcement, advising European governments on enforcement reform, law and best practice.

John also advises Ministers and senior policy officials on civil enforcement and bailiff related matters, and was awarded an OBE in 2003 for services to High Court Enforcement. John became Chairman of Marston Group Limited in April 2008.
