Marston Enforcement Services
The UK’s Leading Independent Civil Enforcement Agency
Working in partnership with Local Authorities, Marston recovers unpaid PCNs (Penalty Charge Notices - RTA 1991), enforces Council Tax, and National Non Domestic Rates (NNDR) liability orders and executes arrest warrants.
Marston also enforces unpaid fines and arrest warrants on behalf of HMCS magistrates' courts, unpaid income taxes for HM Revenue and Customs and liability orders for the Child Support Agency.

Using ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) technology, Marston use a mobile camera to capture the vehicle registration details which are then screened through Marston national database to match the details with any outstanding cases which are on our system.
