Marston Group is able to offer extensive solutions for evictions from commercial and residential properties and private land. This can either be achieved through common law or via a court order.

Marston Group offer an efficient and cost effective solutions to deal with evictions using in-house Enforcement Officers.

When dealing with commercial squatters, fly traders and trespassers, Marston Group will take up shared occupation of the property, together with builders & electricians. All power is turned off and the windows are boarded while our officers remain in occupation. This makes it impossible for the occupants to trade from or reside within the property.

Eviction of Trespassers on Common Land

Acting on behalf of the landlord or their representative, Marston Group are able to remove trespassers from land of any tenure, without the need for a court injunction.

Our unique and specialist knowledge in this area has enabled us to complete a significant number of evictions successfully on behalf of public and private sector clients.

Evictions through the Court

Marston Group will enforce a writ of possession, as well as process and Enforce any High Court order for possession, or a transferred county court order for possession against trespassers. Simply forward your client’s or your writ of possession to our Enforcement Centre and leave the rest to us (LINK to contact page).

If you have a High Court or County Court order for possession, send a photocopy to our Transfer Up Department, along with a cheque in the sum of £50.00. This is for the court fee and should be payable to Her Majesty’s Court Service or HMCS.

Residential Evictions

Marston Group is able to offer clients two strategic approaches for residential evictions.

Pre Court Process: Within 72 hours of receipt of instruction our skilled negotiator will liaise with your tenants to repossess the property. This includes liaising with the local authority and/or any housing associations to find alternative accommodation.

Court Process: This process includes completing all the administration procedures to ensure prompt and successful application.
