Child Support Agency (CSA)

Marston is the main service provider to the CSA for the enforcement of liability orders issued in respect of child maintenance arrears throughout the UK.

Marston has been working in partnership successfully with the CSA since July 2001 and recovered over £7m in child maintenance arrears during the last financial year (07/08).

One of the CSA’s objectives is to ensure that non resident parents contribute financially to the upkeep of their children. This in turn supports the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) objective of ensuring all children have the best start and ending poverty by 2020.
