Enforcement Officers (Bailiffs)

OTE £35,000+
(Comprehensive training will be provided)

REGIONS: LONDON, HOME COUNTIES, SOUTH WEST AND NORTH WEST

You will be required to make door-to-door calls to execute warrants for unpaid magistrates’ court fines. You will be responsible for monies received, maintaining records of warrants issued, and conducting checks with the police and other agencies.

You should possess a sound level of education and have excellent communication skills. An ability to deal with the public in difficult situations is essential. You must be self-motivated and have the capacity to work alone or in a team.

You must be flexible in your working hours, and be able to cover early morning, evenings and weekends, you should have a full, clean driving licence.

Experienced Contact Centre Agents required for our new offices at Waltham Abbey. This is a challenging role where you will be responsible for ensuring that accounts are paid in full or arrangements are reinstated and maintained until the debt has been paid in full.

You should have demonstrable negotiation and excellent communication skills as well as an ability to remain polite, professional and focused.
