About enforcement officers

• All Marston officers are required to behave in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
• If you have a complaint about an Enforcement Officer you must tell us so that we can address the matter urgently.
• We ask that you consider whether in reality you are unhappy at having to pay the debt or are dissatisfied with the way Marston and/or our Enforcement Officer has dealt with the matter. If it is the former then we would suggest that you do not have a valid complaint. If it is the latter then please contact us as soon as possible.
• Marston has comprehensive procedures to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. There are also independent complaints procedures through the trade associations (ACEA and ESA) and the county courts in respect of individual bailiffs' certification.
